My journey includes founding a multimillion-dollar global chemical wholesale business and earning accolades such as Canada's Top 100 Most Powerful Women. I am a mother, grandmother, world traveler, and life long learner.

As a coach and catalyst, I guide women entrepreneurs through startup, scaling, selling, and reinvention. In my role as Chief Encore Officer of The Encore Catalyst, my mission is to empower women to economic independence.
